Negotiation is Key
Realizing this is a negotiation process, and that the entire claim process will include negotiating is in important in dealing with adjusters. They are negotiating for the insurer, you are negotiating on your own behalf.
Keep your best interests in mind, and understand that the adjuster has the insurer’s best interests in mind. This is the only way to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties.
