Located in Pennsylvania, it is ranked among the top in athletics, as well as hard liquor parties around campus. Of course students are going to have parties every weekend in the small city where they go to school.
There are over 50 majors and 40 minors for students to choose from. But, with the partying that takes place surrounding campus, most students are focused on the next keg party rather than going to a weekend study group.
