Building Coverage
This is the basis for flood insurance policies. It is the actual building, home, or structure in question, which you are buying the insurance policy to protect and cover.
Make sure you have sufficient coverage on the property. With most policies you can insure up to $1 million on the property, so consider the values of the buildings on the property when determining how much insurance you need.
